Manufacturing of uPVC windows is a sequence of processes which is done in a controlled environment, prior to start of the manufacturing, preproduction planning is done from the final data collected from the actual site measurements taken or issued by the end user.
The manufacturing process starts with cutting of the uPVC profiles which are sourced from German and European standard manufacturers in India under make in India manufacturing companies. The profiles are of standard lengths and are cut to required size using an electronically calibrated high speed cutting machine using double saw blades.
Then profiles undergo various machining activities as required such as notching, water slotting, lock hole milling, end milling, insertion of necessary steel reinforcement fastening.
Precision welding of joints done in a multi head welding machine to form complete the structure of the window, with all the corners welded the window is then cleaned at corner cleaning automated machine for all axis.
Pre inspection, assembling and integrating the various hardwares and glass sourced from reputed suppliers to ring in the final assembly of glazing strip bead profile so the product is complete of final inspection before being rapped and dispatched by road to destination for fitment.
